Dr. Seperia Bwadene Wanyama

Dr. Seperia Bwadene Wanyama is the Managing Director of McMary Ltd, a management consultancy firm that has undertaken several research and advisory assignments for both public and private sector clients. His work includes engagements with the Ministry of Gender, Labour and Social Development on the SEGOP baseline survey, and lead consultancy roles on projects with PKF and UNHCR. He previously served with the Uganda Red Cross Society, where he specialised in resource mobilisation and fund management before becoming Managing Director of Musalaba Mwekundu Ltd. He later served as Assistant Chief Administrative Officer in Kamuli District and is currently a Senior Lecturer at Makerere University.

CPA Phillip Obuya

CPA Phillip Obuya is a seasoned Financial Economist and Senior Financial Consultant at McMary Ltd, with over 15 years of experience in finance, accounting, tax advisory, and business strategy. He has led and contributed to high-level consultancy assignments across both public and private sectors, including financial diagnostics, institutional evaluations, and policy-focused studies. His expertise spans audit assurance, credit risk management, and virtual CFO services, supporting organisations to improve financial performance and governance. Phillip brings strong analytical and advisory capabilities, underpinned by experience in banking, consulting, and corporate finance, delivering practical, results-oriented solutions to complex financial and organisational challenges.
